Sustainability in the audiovisual industry

By September 5, 2022 News No Comments

The Association is very aware about the importance of sustainability, and that is why the APCP we try to educate and give information related to this issue on a weekly basis.

For example, we publish interviews with professionals of our industry that have already introduced green practices to their filming projects. They give advice and suggestions that help reduce waste production, promote taking care of the filming locations and encourage the use of reusable products. In addition, this year we have organised a masterclass about ‘Green Shooting’ as well.

Furthermore, in our newsletter we publish articles about environmental and economic planning in order to boost these kinds of filming projects, many times by making use of incentives.

These are some of our articles on sustainability:

Also, the APCP provides a user’s guide where you can find all the associated production companies, promoting tips to achieve their sustainable goals.

Moreover, during the events the APCP collaborates with specialised companies (Creast, K is for Knowledge, Mrs Greenfilm) that help to reduce the carbon footprint, trying to create the least impact possible on the environment.

Therefore, our Advertising Film Production Conferences have always been planned after a sustainable model.
