- Data Controller: ASOCIACIÓN DE PRODUCTORAS DE CINE PUBLICITARIO (Association of Advertising Film Producers).
- Purpose of processing: Managing requests that users may make through the WEBSITE, as well as advertising communications through any physical or electronic medium.
- Legal basis: GDPR 6.1.a) Consent of the data subject.
- Transfers or communications: Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except legal obligation.
- Retention: Data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, and when no longer needed, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority www.aepd.es.
- Registration deadline: Friday, September 29th, or until capacity is reached, with the possibility of an extension.
- Consumer or user complaint forms are available.
- No refunds will be provided.
