If you think that the RAMPA platform is just a database and search engine of audiovisual professional women in Spain, well… They are way more than that! Stay tuned because in a few days the II RAMPA Professional meeting about the audiovisual field will start, where once again the APCP will participate with a great representative. This is a unique opportunity to meet and network with the best specialists in the sector. An open and participative event that encourages interaction between the speakers and the audience to learn from each other and exchange impressions without leaving home!
The success of the first Encounter in 2021 has shown that this kind of activities are absolutely necessary: a total of 887 women followed their presentations live, through Facebook, or by watching the videos on RAMPA’s Youtube channel. That’s why, they have been encouraged to organise these new thematic sessions, with an eminently formative and practical approach, around Film, Television, Advertising and Video Games/XR, thanks to a funding from the “Dirección General de Industrias Culturales del Ministerio de Cultura y Deporte”.
Last autumn they promoted an open consultation on possible sectoral issues to the 58 entities and associations involved in the project.
After considering all of the proposals received, they have put together this attractive participative programme, which includes hot topics and incorporates top Spanish professionals.
The result is a rich and interesting proposal that will examine in depth the careers of 8 speakers. We will get to know their careers in these 4 sectors of the industry and their successful professional experiences can serve as role models for young women who follow the platform and who want to start their careers in the sector. After finishing the presentation there will be a question and answer session with the participants, where you can ask them any question you may have.
This II Encounter will take place each Thursday of March from 7:30pm online and the access to the conferences it’s for free, prior registration. Also, if you can’t attend the sessions, don’t worry, because they will be available on their Youtube channel so you can watch and consult them whenever you want.
No matter which is your working audiovisual field, in the “II RAMPA Professional meeting about the audiovisual field” you will find answers and inspiration for your projects.
