  • The c de c recognises young talent with the Juan Mariano Mancebo Award 2023.

The c de c has announced the Juan Mariano Mancebo Award for Young Talent 2023, an award that, as the accompanying presentation sentence announces, is “an award that only gives prominence to you”.

The information they have provided is as follows:

For the sixth consecutive year, the Club de Creativos is awarding a special prize to young talent. With this award, the club wants to honour the memory of Juan Mariano Mancebo, the first president of the c de c and, probably, the creative director who discovered more brilliant young creatives in this country. This award is a boost in the careers of young talents who stand out not only in the creative area, but in any field of advertising communication.

This year, the Juan Mariano Mancebo Award continues to count on the collaboration of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (the first fully online university in the world) which, in order to contribute to the training of creatives, offers the winner(s) of the award one of these options as a grant (to be enrolled before July 2023):

– Take any official UOC degree with a 32% discount (bachelor’s or master’s degrees).

– Take a free subject, a summer seminar or a language course, free of charge.

If you want to take part, these are the requirements:

Be under 29 years old.

– Be working in any area of the communication sector.

– You have not been working in the profession for more than 3 years.

– Submit your CV.

– Participate with a maximum of 3 creative pieces/communication projects.

– Your application must be supported by a letter of recommendation from a professional in the sector who has worked with you or knows your work.

The registration period ends on 13 February 2023.

The winner will be announced at the 2023 Creativity Awards Gala on 25 March at the Kursaal in San Sebastian.
