  • LIA: announces the 2022 winners of the year in Europe.
LIA has the highest calibre of jurors from across the globe. All rounds of judging were done onsite in Las Vegas. Our judging process has no pre-judging. Each juror sees every piece of work in their respective Categories. This ensures that all work was judged equally through careful deliberations and robust discussions.

  • Eurobest announces its first 2022 shortlist

Eurobest has announced today its first shortlist for 2022, the Innovation Eurobest Award. From 14 entries, 6 have been shortlisted; German entrants have received the most shortlists, followed by Finland and the USA.

Innovation Jury President, Andreia Vaz, Head of Innovation & Digital Transformation, Nestlé Iberia, Spain & Portugal comments, “The Innovation Jury looked for work that shifted our perspective, creative work that at the light of the different sub-categories’ lenses, brought flair with ingenious solutions, be it at the level of the innovative idea itself or at how innovative the craft of the execution was. Ultimately, we looked for work that is impactful at a larger scale for our society, by taking into account the cultural nuances we have in Europe, hence why it’s great to have such a diverse Jury on board. The prevalent themes for this year relate to social issues we’ve been living with for years, such as gender inequality, racial inequality, gender diversity, planet sustainability and human foundational values such as health, accessibility or education, and we’ve seen great work shedding a fresh light into some of these issues. As we continue our judging, we’ll keep in mind to award medals to the work that can be a role model on how creative work can have an impact in this context.

Shortlisted entries are as follows:

  • Dot Pad. The First Smart Tactile Graphics Display.’ for Dot Incorporation, by Serviceplan, Munich.
  • Virén Chair’ for Fortum, by TBWA, Helsinki.
