From Gràcia, Barcelona, comes Idea Sonora: a new vision of sound joins the APCP with experience, talent, and a lot of personality.
We are delighted to announce the incorporation of Idea Sonora as a new associated post-production company to the APCP. With over 16 years of experience in the audiovisual sector, this sound post-production studio located in Barcelona’s Gràcia neighborhood has become a reference for projects seeking a meticulous, creative, and high-level technical sound identity.
Idea Sonora not only masters audio post-production, sound design, original composition, or ADR sessions; since 2020 it has also expanded its field of action with Idea Podcast, a division specializing in podcasts and videopodcasts with a comprehensive approach that covers everything from scripting and pre-production to recording, editing, and publishing.
They have three equipped rooms, one of them with a set for videopodcasts, and a portfolio of work in advertising and entertainment that includes campaigns and brands such as Repsol, Audi, Sony Bravia, Allianz, ElRow, Toyota, Decathlon, Seat or Voll-Damm, as well as productions for platforms such as Netflix, such as the second season of The Diplomat.
But if something defines Idea Sonora, it is its team: a group of professionals with profiles as unique as they are creative. From Pep Aguiló, its founder, who took his first steps as a street musician in Dublin and London, to versatile and passionate profiles like Èlia Pablo, David Pérez, Martín Benjamín, Alix Aguilar, Georgina Sirvent or Olivia Roberts, who bring a fresh, multidisciplinary perspective to the studio and are committed to sound quality as an essential part of the narrative.
From the APCP, we welcome them and celebrate that a production company with this energy, sensitivity, and sound vision is part of our community.
