The Echegaray Theater in Malaga vibrated on Wednesday morning with the inauguration of the VI Advertising Film Production Activities. Juan Antonio Vigar, director of the Malaga Film Festival, and Belén Carrasco, from the Malaga Film Office, kicked off a day full of expectation and enthusiasm.
Juan Antonio thanked for being for the sixth time in the Echegaray Theater with the APCP. “Advertising cinema is very important to us,” he added. Since 2001, “it has only given us joy, we are growing more and more”. Of the 588 film projects, 101 were for advertising last year.
In relation to the data, Belén Carrasco added that the shootings left 18 million euros. And, very grateful for the realization of these activities, she clarified that “they create synergies in the industry and promote the audiovisual sector”.
To begin the presentations, she explained that Málaga Film Office serves to attract more projects and generate employment. “Advertising has always had a magnificent relationship with Malaga. They make it possible and one wants to continue having it”. To conclude, he explained that we must have a commitment to the environment because “the most important place is the planet”.
