The audiovisual industry and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds, and often these advances serve to take an evolutionary leap forward in traditional techniques that have been applied for decades.
Virtual production is an example of how techniques such as rear projections, already used by Hitchcock back in the 1930s, are taken to the next level, using LED panels or studio previews with green backgrounds to merge into the composition.
This class will lay the basis of current techniques as well as their applications, production costs, possibilities and also their limits depending on the context.
