The third Agreement of Audiovisual Industry Technicians is in force until December 31, 2024 and will be automatically renewed annually from January 1, 2025, unless denounced by one of the parties. Signed by trade unions and associations, including APCP, it regulates labour relations in audiovisual production, with the exception of short films for cinemas and cases with their own collective agreements. It establishes flexibility in the working day, compensation for overtime, and additional benefits for night shifts and work on holidays. Prior communication of the schedule is required and teleworking and digital disconnection are regulated.
