Applications may be submitted until Tuesday, June 25, 2024, until 2:00 pm.
The purpose of the call for the year 2024 is to offer selective aid for the production of feature films through a system of competitive concurrence and open call. These aids, in accordance with articles 4.3 and 22 of Order CUD/582/2020, are intended for projects that have special cinematographic, cultural or social value, are of a documentary nature, incorporate new directors or are experimental. The beneficiaries are independent production companies, which may form groups according to article 11.3 of Law 38/2003. The total endowment is 15 million euros, with specific minimum and maximum distributions for projects directed by women, documentaries, animation, experimental and co-productions with Spanish minority participation. The maximum amount per project is 800,000 euros, extendable to 1,000,000 euros for animations and 300,000 euros for international co-productions.
