3 practical tools for the search for careers:
- HAZ Project – RTVE Institute: training proposal of the RTVE Institute aimed at professionals in the audiovisual sector. Focused on the acquisition and improvement of professional skills, the platform uses an active and practical hybrid and online methodology.
- Catalog of Training Specialities of the Audiovisual Sector of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy: 184 training specialities related to the areas of image and sound; live shows; photographic productions and audiovisual production.
- SEPE – Buscador de especialidades formativas: search engine of the Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal (SEPE), an autonomous body attached to the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy. To refine the search, they suggest first entering ‘technical/specific professional competences’, then ‘professional family’ and selecting ‘image and sound’.
Incubators
- CIMA Impulsa: a programme that promotes the development of projects written by new or experienced female screenwriters to facilitate their access to the audiovisual industry.
- ECAM Industria: a feature film development programme aimed at emerging producers, directors and screenwriters living in Spain through mentoring, workshops and funding for five feature film projects with international projection.
- MIANIMA: specific mentoring programme for feature film and animation series projects led by women from Spain and Latin America. During the course of the programme, participants are guided in the preparation of a professional commercial dossier/bible that will enable them to access all avenues of financing and aid, both nationally and internationally.
- Madrid in Game: 6-month programmes to support entrepreneurship in the video game, gamification and eSport sector.
- Next Lab: workshop for animation, VR and technology projects. Selected projects, already visually developed, receive advice on production, R&D&I, market and technology. The projects are implemented making them more viable and competitive. The result is an animated piece as a teaser of each project.
- National Digital Content Pole – Red.es + Malaga City Council: a space for innovation and trend development where ideas or projects belonging to the digital content sector or its auxiliary sectors are promoted.
