- The Goya Awards are here!
Cinema has an appointment on 11 February with the XXXVII edition of the Goya Awards, which will be held at the FIBES Exhibition and Conference Centre in Seville.
On this occasion, Alauda Ruiz de Azúa, film director and co-founder of the advertising film production company Igloo, will compete for the Best Film statuette among 10 other nominations.
In addition, during the gala, which will be presented by Antonio de la Torre and Clara Lago, Carlos Saura will receive the Goya of Honour.
2. The first ACT Forum, held by The Association of Creative Transformational Agencies.
On 14 February at the Havas Village Auditorium, ACT will hold its first forum, entitled “Find your ideal partner”.
As explained by the Association of Transformative Creativity Agencies, the aim of the forum is to “create a space for analysis and debate on the importance of selecting the right partner, with the participation of all the agents involved in the process”.
Bringing together professionals from the sector, “it will consist of brief presentations by the advertiser, procurement, consultancy and creative and media agency, in order to achieve a global vision of the selection process” and there will also be a round table discussion.
3. AICP Awards open for entries.
Until 6 March, those interested in competing in the AICP Awards will be able to make their entries.
As described by the awards, they focus on “honouring marketing communications in the moving image” and have several categories in which to participate: AICP Show: The Art & Technique of the Commercial, The AICP Next Awards and The AICP Post Awards.
4. The AMP Awards are now accepting entries.
The AMP Awards, to be held on 22 May at Sony Hall in New York, are now accepting entries for the 2023 edition.
Submissions in all categories will be open until 5 March and AMP members will receive a 30% discount until 30 January.
In addition, the 2023 edition is special as it marks the 10th anniversary of the awards and the 25th anniversary of the association.

5. Inspirational’23 already has a working group.
From 17 to 19 October 2023, Madrid will host the annual Inspirational gala, which on this occasion will be in hybrid format.
On the occasion of this new edition, they have already presented a new working group, chaired by Cristina Villarroya, Digital & Media Strategist Director of BBVA Spain. Together, they will be responsible for designing the cycle of presentations and their themes.
