At the end of September, the APCP organised a fam trip in collaboration with the Burgos Film Commission. This trip allowed the associated production companies to discover various locations ideal for future filming through a scouting tour of the region.
Over three days, the participants visited emblematic locations such as the Círculo de la Unión (Casino), the Palacio de Castilfalé (Municipal Archive), the Centro de Arte de Burgos (CAB), the Monasterio de San Juan and the Taberna Patillas. They also explored the Fórum Evolución (Palacio de Congresos), Territorio Artlanza in Quintanilla del Agua, the Church of San Olav in Covarrubias and the Bodegas Portia, among other places of interest.
Burgos, located in the north of the Iberian Peninsula, stands out for its diverse landscape and rich historical heritage, including the Camino de Santiago and monuments such as the Cathedral of Santa María, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
This FAM TRIP provided production companies with a detailed overview of the many options that the province offers for audiovisual production and forms part of the exclusive benefits programme that our members can enjoy.
