In March, the APCP travelled to Malaga to celebrate the sixth edition of the Advertising Film Production Activities within the framework of the Malaga Film Festival.
The Echegaray Theatre was the venue for the event, where there was time to talk about virtual production with Magic Fennec and to learn about case studies of associated production companies such as Dos35 and ‘the biggest gin and tonic in the world’, to go through the history of Spain and Telefónica, and to learn about the success of Andalusian Crush with Roma. There was also a round table with universities, teachers and students to debate about the knowledge that is taught about advertising film and how to prepare the youth.
In addition, with the help of the Malaga Film Office, a scouting tour was organised with stops in the Soho district, the English Cemetery and the Palmeral de las Sorpresas, with the aim of showing production companies the advantages the city offers for filming, promoting the development of the industry on the Costa del Sol and showing the great work that is being done.
