The film Hustle was premiered this week and is expected to be a great success. It was partly filmed in Mallorca in August 2021 and the part that was shot in Spain was produced by our production company Palma Pictures.
It’s Adam Sandler’s best film for Netflix: an inspiring drama about the NBA dream with Spain’s Juancho Hernangomez.
The film tells the story of a scout (Sandler) who hits a rough patch when on a trip to Spain he discovers a player he believes is destined to make it in the NBA. As expected, what seemed like a sure bet ends up not being so sure and he will have to do the impossible so that this personal bet does not end up being the end of his career.
The release date is unbeatable, as it coincides with the NBA final between Warriors and Celtics, but even more important than that is that it is a stimulating proposal for all those basketball lovers that becomes on its own merits one of the best Netflix films of 2022.
The filming in Mallorca lasted 9 days and was filmed in: Palma Airport, Rafal Nou, Polígono de Levante, Son Moix, La Fortaleza, among others.
