The IV Women’s Film Festival will take place between October the 27th and November the 7th, 2021 in person and online. The objective is to bring to the public a selection of recent national and international films directed by women to contribute to their visibility.
Since its inception, the Women’s Film Festival has dedicated the Focus Section to a guest country with the aim of giving a vision of the recent film production made by women from a specific country.
In 2021, the country invited to the IV edition of the festival is China, with a thriving and increasingly internationalized film industry. In the Focus CHINA Section, in collaboration with the China Women Film Festival, 6 recent feature films will be screened in the cinemas of the Madrid Film Academy and Cineteca.

- Ban Ge Xi Ju (Almost a Comedy)

- My Prince Edward
- Mo Er Dao Ga (Anima)
The aim of the Women’s Film Festival is to promote equal opportunities, promote professional development and serve as a network of resources and information for women in the Asian country.
