#MásMujeresCreativas is a collaborative and independent platform born from the union of more than 1,000 creative professionals that promotes a real change in the advertising sector. It works in favour of visibility and equal opportunities for female talent in our country.
“Our vocation is to be a community open to everyone, based on the conviction that key issues such as equal opportunities and work-life balance are problems that affect the advertising sector and society as a whole.
We want today’s young creative women to have the references, support and opportunities to be able to develop their careers on equal terms. Because we believe that diverse advertising, made by women and men, will help to evolve and improve the role of women in society”.
For this reason, they have developed a programme and a support network that starts with universities, continues with mentorship for young creatives and promotes the visibility of senior creatives at festivals and in the media.
