On Thursday the 3rd of March at 19.30h the “II RAMPA professional meeting on the audiovisual industry” will start with two outstanding representatives of the advertising sector. Don’t miss this opportunity and register as soon as possible because places are limited.
Inés Segura, executive producer of Primo, will share this first free online session with Juana Jiménez, director of advertising photography, and both will debate with the audience about the problems and particularities of the advertising industry in Spain from an eminently didactic and gender perspective.
Inés Segura, who is participating in this Meeting at the proposal of the APCP (Association of Advertising Film Producers), has 22 years of experience in advertising production and in this first session she will highlight the most relevant works of her career, analyse the current situation in the audiovisual industry and reveal how women advertising professionals in Spain are filming today.
Inés studied Audiovisual Communication in Barcelona and after finishing her studies she started working in television, but at the age of 20 she already made her first incursions into the world of advertising production. Before Primo, she worked in Agosto for 9 years and also in the production company Blur. Since she was a child it was clear to her that she wanted to work in advertising production, in fact at the age of 6 she did her first advertising campaign as an actress and after many shoots she discovered that her place was behind the cameras.
Juana Jiménez, who is participating in the Encounter at the proposal of the AEC (Spanish Association of Directors and Directors of Photography), studied Image and Sound at the Complutense University of Madrid and graduated from the ECAM in Cinematography. Although she was born in Bogota, she has lived in Madrid since time immemorial. She is a cinematographer because she has always been fascinated by light and because she is one of those people who thinks in images. She likes practically all the stories that can be told, music, books and painting. He also likes working in a team and filming.
She has been working in advertising for more than 10 years, with the main Spanish production companies (where his work since his beginnings with the production company CANADA stands out) and some South American ones, for clients such as Movistar, IKEA, El Corte Inglés, Orange, Vodafone, Siemens, Mango, SFR or Mastercard, among others. She has also worked on short films, documentaries and a long list of music videos for artists as important as Najwa Nimri, Marlango, Chistina Rosenvinge and Russian Red.
Don’t miss the speakers of the first session of the “II RAMPA professional meeting on the audiovisual industry” and find out how they got here, their references, concerns and future projects.
