We finally reveal our presenters!
The countdown begins for a new edition of the workshop on Commercial Film Production, the most important event of the year for the APCP, and, with joy, we announce our presenters: Ricardo Llavador and Carito Kanashiro.
For those of you who already know their work, you know that both of them build absolutely everything from creativity and having them as hosts driving the event is synonymous with inspiration, creativity, humor and fun.
Carito Kanashiro y Ricardo Llavador
Can you imagine the Lamb of God descending from the top of a stage shooting laser beams out of his eyes? Meet Carito Kanashiro. Carito is married to Ricardo Llavador and together they have been Romeo and Juliet, Shakira and Piqué and even Bjork in some of her speeches at famous advertising congresses. Embarrassment is their engine and lack of dignity their fuel because in reality Carito Kanashiro and Ricardo Llavador do not do this: they are publicists. Carito is a renowned international strategist and Ricardo is an international creative.
Many people wonder why they do this. The reason is very simple, although nobody knows what it is. Last year they opened the APCP Congress to the rhythm of cumbia and this year they return as presenters, promising to be formal, correct and not to offend anyone again.
Ricardo Llavador is a sociologist by education and a communicator by trade. With over twenty years of experience, he has held creative director roles at advertising and communication agencies across three countries and two continents. Beyond the agency, his work as a communicator has taken him to stages such as the Kursaal, both at the c de c and El Sol, as well as Google I/O in San Francisco. He is currently the Executive Creative Director at Casanova and a board member of the Club de Creativos. At times, he might come across as a bit of a rogue, but he is every inch a gentleman.
Carito Kanashiro, Head of Marketing Iberia & Latam at tcc global, Strategic Planner with extensive international experience in all markets both locally and regionally; winner of more than 15 Effie awards throughout Latam; Speaker at advertising and creative conferences in Latam, as well as marketing experience as brand manager for fmcg in Peru and Bolivia; WPP Fellow (2003-2005); and Fulbright Fellow (2001-2003).
