José Manuel García Albuerne, founding partner of the production company LEE and first president of the APCP, passed away in Madrid yesterday, Thursday, October 30, in the early morning. A professional with extensive experience in the sector, he was always a firm defender of the need for professionalization and regulation of the audiovisual sector. His determined commitment to associationism laid the foundations for the growth and consolidation of the APCP.
As an entrepreneur and producer, he was a person much loved by all those professionals who had the opportunity to work alongside him. He always demonstrated great integrity, valuing in the professionals who worked with him not only their professional excellence but also their human quality. He was a great example for all those who worked alongside him.
