“Ahora Vuelvo” wins the award for best cinematography at the International Fantasy Film Festival.
The International Fantasia Film Festival, which this year celebrated its 28th edition, has just ended and left us with reason to celebrate: it awarded the Spanish horror short film “Ahora Vuelvo” the prize for Best Cinematography. This recognition underlines the exceptional visual storytelling and technical prowess of the film.
Directed by Lucas Paulino and Gabe Ibañez, “Ahora Vuelvo” was produced by Lee, a member of the Spanish Association of Advertising Film Producers, and known for its commitment to creating high quality, genre-defining content.
“Ahora Vuelvo” is 13 minutes long and delves into a suspenseful narrative in which Maria, a 7-year-old girl, is left alone at home while her mother goes out to buy dinner. As night falls and the wait drags on, Maria is left in uncertainty when a knock on the door causes her to doubt whether her mother has returned.
Starring an epic cast, with Belén Cuesta and Anastasia Russo, the film’s atmosphere of tension and mystery is skilfully captured through its cinematography, which played an important role in the film’s success at the festival.
From the APCP we celebrate the new success of our producers!
