- AICP Week: How will the celebration at the MOMA be?
The AICP Week will take place during the 7th and 8th of June and it will begin with screenings. The entirety of the event will take place at the Museum of Modern Art, ending with the AICP Award Gala. How will it be? Here is the Schedule as per the organization:
• 7th of June – Premiere of the AICP Show and the AICP Next Awards at the MoMA
11am – World Premiere of the 2023 AICP show: The Art and Technique of the Commercial

- El Sol publishes their program.
«There must be something » at El Sol to make Malaga the epicenter of inspiration and advertising creativity on the 8th and 9th of June.
The festival will begin on Thursday 8th of June with the screening of the best campaigns from a selection of Latin countries. The Cannes Lions Quiniela (Pool) and Clio Awards will also have a preferential place in the screenings.
Speakers such as Paco Morales, Cook of history, Laura Ferrero, writer, journalist and screenwriter, Nick Coronges Global Chief Technology Officer of R/GA and Santiago Bustamante Cultural Director of Malaga Videogame Museum OXO as well as cultural journalist at Radio 3 will be part of the talks program for the 37th EL Sol edition. Diageo and El Ruso de Rocky will share the creative process for their successful J&B campaign “She”.
Freepik Spanish image bank will talk about how brands and agencies can confront and take advantage of AI’s impact on advertising and communication.
The much-awaited Award Ceremony where industry’s best will get recognition they deserve will take place at 18:30h at Teatro Cervantes. Closing this special El Sol edition there will be a party at Los Baños del Carmen.

- Young Guns 21 is open for entries.
These awards, open to creatives 30 and below with at least two years of professional experience, are open for entries until the 27th of July.
As shared by the organization “Young Guns has grown to become one of the most coveted accolades in the global creative community” and is open to advertising, graphic design, illustration, photography, filmmaking, animation, copywriting, sound design and beyond.

Until the 15th of September (the deadline to send pieces to the festival), the presented pieces will have the opportunity to be recognized for their impact on the industry. For that, there are seven categories: Film Commission Initiative, Outstanding Creative Use of a Location, Sustainability Award, Initiative to Grow Local Industry, Production Tech Innovation and Shaker of the Year.
