  • XIII APCP Conference: new venue, new challenges and the same energy. The XIII Conference on Advertising Film Production and Post-production already have a date and setting: November 6 and 7 at the historic Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia, a unique space that promises to elevate the event experience to the next level.   • La FEDE opens candidacies for its 2025 Entrepreneurship Awards. One more year, La FEDE (Association of Communication Companies) launches the call for the VIII Awards for Entrepreneurship in Marketing, Advertising and Communication. From today until November 3, startups or innovative technology-based projects can submit initiatives launched after January 1, 2022, and that have not yet participated in previous editions. The winners can take home the FEDE Emprende 25 Award (€6,000 in cash) or the Innovation Award, which stand out for their disruptive capacity.   • Germán Silva assumes the direction of El Sol: more strength for the festival. The Association of Transformative Creativity Agencies (ACT) has appointed Germán Silva, current creative vice president of Jungle, as the new director of El Sol Festival, a contest with almost 40 years of history. Silva succeeds Miguel Olivares, who remodeled the festival and consolidated Malaga as its venue until 2032. With more than 600 awards in his career, Silva takes on the challenge of leading El Sol towards a new era, boosting its influence, transformation, and capacity to inspire. He bets on authenticity, courage, and ambition.

  • ADCE Awards 2025: an essential event in Barcelona. The 34th edition of the ADCE Awards organized by the Art Directors Club of Europe returns, to be held on November 21 at the Disseny Hub Barcelona, within the framework of the European Creativity Festival. Registrations are open until September 26. The awards recognize the most outstanding in design and advertising in Europe and integrate the winners into The One Club for Creativity’s global scoring ranking. In addition, students can opt for the ADCE Student Awards, with an extended deadline until July 24.
