Between details and cumbia: Ricardo Llavador and Carito Kanashiro redefine advertising creativity.

The first presentation of the XI Jornadas de Producción de Cine Publicitario started at 16:00h: “Producción al Detall” with Ricardo Llavador, Creative Director of Prodigioso Volcán and the stellar appearance of Carito Kanashiro.

“God is in the details” was the phrase with which Llavador began, as these are what turn a product into an “almost” masterpiece. Through various films and examples, Llavador looked at the small details in order to get others to see them too, always with a touch of humour. As a common thread, the topics discussed were shaped by the word “DETAILS”.

From Art Direction to Special Effects, Treatment, Acting, Spain and Seville… More or less professional examples of spots that could have been “perfect” but in the end couldn’t make it were discussed. All the spots shown, despite looking like gags, were real. In addition to this, and “getting serious”, he highlighted the talent that exists in Spain within the audiovisual world.

The presentation ended with the appearance of Carito Kanashiro, who made a stellar appearance, dancing and singing with her “exotic-Latin cumbia”. The chorus was “I care about social networks and I’m scared of AI”, one of the main themes of the programme of the 11th Conference.
