As you well know, advertising cinema was not the only protagonist, sustainability played the main role in this edition. The Valladolid Workshop became the first “regenerative” event celebrated in Spain, thanks to the help of Creast.
The APCP will have its own forest in the lungs of the world, the Amazon. With this, Creast intends to offset the carbon emissions generated by the Valladolid Commercial Film Workshop.
“The forest of the APCP” will be composed of 50 trees, whose planting will be entrusted to the indigenous communities of the area so that they can have a better quality of life. Each tree planted will capture approximately 1.1 tons of CO2 over a 20-year period, for a total of 55 tons offset by the entire forest. Once the forest is planted, each APCP member will receive the corresponding certificate, geolocation and a photo of their tree, labelled with the name of their producer.
