At the APCP we know that there is no better way to preach than by setting an example, so today we bring you two great news: the IX Commercial Film Workshop in Valladolid will feature a personalized calculation of the carbon footprint of the attendees’ trips to the event, a tool that can also be used in advertising production.
In this way, each attendee can individually check the environmental impact of their trip to the festival. To carry out this calculation, we will launch live surveys for each of the attendees of the event.
For this we will have the help of GreemKo in the IX Advertising Film Production Conference in Valladolid, collaborators of the event and also the developers of the technology that will allow us to launch the Carbon Footprint Calculator.
But we are not stopping there: we are not only going to make you aware of carbon emissions, we will also offer solutions and ways to offset emissions from transport and business activity.
GreemKo allows you to recognize the CO2 emissions, the consumption of electricity, fuel, water, and the generation of waste produced by an activity, a project or a company. Its objective is to pave the way for companies towards sustainability, be more competitive and prepare for a market that increasingly demands more transparency in environmental matters.
