APCP members explored the island and strengthened the audiovisual sector’s presence at the Canary Islands Advertising Film Forum.

From July 7 to 10, several APCP member production companies participated in the Canary Islands Advertising Film Forum, organized by the Canary Islands Audiovisual Cluster with the support of the APCP, Tenerife Film Commission, and Proexca, and sponsored by Macaronesia Films. For four days, the island became a meeting point for audiovisual professionals, combining networking with exploration of Tenerife’s natural, cultural, and urban heritage.

The program included tours of beaches, forests, historic cities, industrial areas, and volcanic landscapes, showcasing Tenerife’s potential as a filming location for advertising cinema. In addition, the forum highlighted the excellent working environment, the experience of the local industry, and the REF tax incentives, which can provide up to a 54% deduction for productions.

The Forum also offered opportunities to establish professional contacts, exchange experiences, and gain first-hand knowledge of the territory’s infrastructure and talent. The APCP celebrated the initiative as an example of how to decentralize and strengthen the Spanish advertising industry, while promoting the island as a creative and filming destination.
