Networking, strategic alliances, and promotion of the Spanish advertising production model.

In 2025, the APCP once again had a prominent presence at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, participating in an intensive business mission alongside the Canary Islands Audiovisual Cluster. From June 16 to 20, with the support of Rims Mobility and Only925, the Association actively worked to open new channels for international collaboration and strengthen the positioning of Spanish production companies in the global market.

The week began with the opening parade of the Brazilian market and continued with the official welcome to the production companies of the Canary Islands Audiovisual Cluster, whose agendas were coordinated by the APCP to facilitate strategic meetings and business opportunities. From the operational base at the Little Black Book (LBB) beach, key contacts were established and discussions initiated, laying the groundwork for future international collaborations.

During the festival, the APCP participated in significant gatherings such as the Gerety Awards BBQ Party, celebrating the shortlist of awards, and held strategic meetings, including with Google representatives at the YouTube beach, aiming to renew and strengthen collaboration agreements.

One of the highlights was participation in the World Producers Summit, an exclusive forum that brought together European production companies to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the sector. In this context, the APCP showcased the excellent moment Spanish advertising production is experiencing and highlighted its associative model based on transparency, quality, and best practices, with special mention of the AENOR seal as a mark of trust and ethical commitment. This approach drew the attention of international associations, which approached the APCP to explore potential synergies.

The Summit was followed by networking sessions in a speed-dating format, meetings with organizations such as the Clio Awards, and an intensive social agenda including events organized by APA, Mamma Team, and SHOTS, strengthening ties with the international industry and celebrating the talent and creativity of the sector.

The APCP’s presence at Cannes Lions 2025 consolidated its role as an ambassador of Spanish advertising cinema, strengthening alliances, generating real collaboration opportunities, and reaffirming the value of the Spanish associative model in the international context.
