Our associates take home more than fifty awards and stand out in the ‘Craft’ category, taking almost 6 out of 10 accolades.

On March 22nd, the Kursaal Congress Palace in San Sebastián hosted the ceremony of the 2025 National Creativity Awards, organized by the Club de Creativos (c de c). In this edition, 1,463 entries were registered, of which 423 pieces were selected for the Yearbook, belonging to 181 different projects.

Of the approximately 200 awards that were contested, almost 80 (more than 37% of the awards given) recognized the excellence of campaigns produced by APCP associates.

The CANADA campaign for ICEX, The cause of the accident that caused the fire, was the big winner of the night, taking home 9 awards, including a gold in ‘Idea’ and five golds in the ‘Craft’ category. It is one of the top favorites that was in contention for the National Grand Prize for Creativity. The production company took home a total of fourteen awards. In addition, this campaign brings double success because our associated post-production company Metropolitana was in charge of its post-production and color grading.

The cause of the accident that caused the fire is a short film designed to promote the talent and creativity of the Spanish audiovisual sector, promoted by Audiovisual From Spain, a program of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones. With this, ICEX enters the group of leading brands in the sector. The central focus of the campaign has been to highlight, both in Spain and abroad, the talent, creativity, and excellence of the country’s audiovisual industry. Through this initiative, ICEX has sought to strengthen the reputation of the sector and improve its international projection, with the aim of boosting the commercialization of Spanish productions and expanding their business opportunities.

In addition to this campaign, Metropolitana was present in the post-production of seven other award-winning projects, several of them in association with our production companies such as Los bufones de Velázquez for ADEE with 3 awards, Neurona for Movistar with another 3 awards, Nacimos tarde for Royal Bliss with two awards, and El noi de la mare for Ayto. Barcelona with one, all of them together with CANADA; in addition to Una vida contigo for Santalucía Seguros together with Agosto, which took two awards, and ¿Será el colchón? for Pikolin together with Blur, which received one trophy.

Both are projects that have enjoyed great diffusion in the last year, going viral in media and social networks.

Mimir es genial, the Smile campaign for What the sleep also stood out with 6 awards, including a gold in ‘Craft’ in the ‘Sound and Music’ subcategory. This was an operation that sought to relaunch the brand by breaking with conventional advertising to claim “sleeping versus the cult of productivity.”

Antiestático also won 6 awards, of which 5 were for their campaign Breaking glass for Scandinavian Airlines, one of them a gold in ‘Craft’ for art direction. The piece is an eight-minute short film, directed and written by Nicolás Bori, which presents the experience of aviator Turi Widerøe, the first female pilot of a major commercial airline in the Western world, as well as that of other colleagues. It is a story about challenging gender restrictions in aviation and a tribute to all those pioneers who broke glass ceilings.

Somos5 ended the night with 4 trophies, of which 3 golds in ‘Idea’, ‘Innovation’, and ‘Health’ stand out for Impulse for Samsung, a campaign about the app that works through Samsung smartwatches and that, through AI, allows detecting and marking rhythms through impulses that help people with speech disorders to express themselves in a paused, safe, and fluid way. In addition, this campaign was part of the presentation of its executive producer, Jonatan Andrés, at the VII Edition of the APCP Production Activities at the Malaga Festival, where he focused on how AI can not only facilitate certain production processes but also improve people’s lives.

Pueblo was awarded for Solo 0 tiene 0 consecuencias for the DGT with a bronze in ‘Craft’ for casting and directing actors.

To all these awards are added the numerous mentions in the Yearbook that our production companies also achieved and that demonstrate the strength and engine that they represent for the advertising film industry, which is in better health than ever. APCP production companies swept the last edition of the National Creativity Awards, especially standing out in the ‘Craft’ category: in this category, almost 6 out of 10 awards were for campaigns by our associated production companies.

From the APCP, we want to congratulate all the winners, but especially our associates for their unbeatable performance and their great contribution to the audiovisual industry.
