A new multifunctional space for filming, events and audiovisual productions
From the Association of Advertising Film Producers, we are interested in providing tools to facilitate and, therefore, increase the development of film shoots. Along these lines, we present a new multifunctional space for film shoots available in the city of Madrid.
This is Laleo, a 250-meter open-plan space in the Plaza Castilla area that is ready to house large productions and includes an office area, meeting room, kitchen and an outdoor terrace available for a wide variety of uses.
The project is promoted by Zafarrancho, a team of professional scouting and location management professionals for TV, film and advertising with more than 20 years of experience. Working on a freelance basis for brands, production companies and agencies, they scout locations, manage municipal permits, contracts with clients and also take care of the logistics on location. In that sense, they have a database with a wide range of locations, from exclusive private venues to public spaces, roads, sets, etc. Whether it’s a minimalist family home in the middle of the road or a vintage 1960s-style bar, they are committed to finding the ideal setting for every story. And, in case the space you are looking for is not in their database, they have a location scout (and drones) to find it. In addition, the team also takes care of the permits and maintenance of the space: they manage all the necessary permits, from contacting the local authorities to providing security guards; in other words, not only do they ensure that everything goes smoothly in the pre-production of each project, but they are also a practical team that has everything from location managers to assistants, thus covering everything needed on the set. With all this experience, Zafarrancho has now added Laleo, its own space available for filming, events and audiovisual productions.
