The two associations join forces to bring together production companies and postproduction companies.
As announced by the president of APCP, María Jesús Horcajuelo, during the closing of the XII Commercial Film Workshop, the Association of Postproduction Companies (AEPP) will join forces with the Association of Commercial Film Producers of Spain (APCP) to bring Spanish advertising production companies and postproduction companies under one umbrella.
This merger aims to consolidate the interests of both groups, strengthen the representation of the industry, and promote standards of quality and innovation in the advertising sector.
Thus, image and sound postproduction studios across the country will join the work already being carried out by APCP, alongside its associated production companies, to showcase the excellent work they do, with a strong commitment to human and social values.
APCP, now together with AEPP, will continue its mission of defending the socioeconomic interests of its members, as well as those of the sector itself. It thus becomes an intersection of those involved in audiovisual production in its various forms, maintaining close contact with the various stakeholders in the industry.
The culture of association is crucial to give visibility to our collective, both at an institutional and professional level, and to move forward united in the face of new challenges in such a rapidly changing context, with digitalization and sustainability at the forefront.
The alliance between APCP and AEPP represents a great boost for Spanish audiovisual production and its impact on the global market.
