From 7 to 9 November, the Ciclope Festival will be held, where Alba Barneda, from the associated production company Canada, will be part of the Grand Jury.
As published about the producer on the event’s website, “Alba Barneda studied Audiovisual Communication at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (2004-2008). Shortly after graduating, she received a call from the directors of CANADA, who were looking for the ideal producer for an exciting project. Barneda accepted the challenge and, together with the group of directors, began to lay the foundations for the international production company that CANADA is today.
She began by producing small pieces for museums and music videos for indie bands. The success of these projects led CANADA to take on larger national and international projects, at the same time as the production company opened up to represent more directors.
She has been at the helm of CANADA’s Production Department for over a decade, where he has been involved in projects for artists such as Dua Lipa, Rosalia and Tame Impala. With them he has achieved Grammy, Latin Grammy and MTV Award nominations”.
