• Purpose of processing: Managing requests that users may make through the WEBSITE, as well as advertising communications through any physical or electronic medium.

• Transfers or communications: Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except legal obligation.
• Retention: Data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, and when no longer needed, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures.
• Rights of data subjects: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability as provided by law, by sending an email to apcp@apcp.es, indicating your name, last name, and request in both cases. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority www.aepd.es.
• Registration deadline: Friday, September 29th, or until capacity is reached, with the possibility of an extension.
• Consumer or user complaint forms are available.
• No refunds will be provided.
