The agency seeks to promote high-impact audiovisual content that projects Spanish design and fashion internationally
ICEX Spain Export and Investments has launched an ambitious tender, valued at 3 million euros, aimed at the creation and production of three fashion films distributed in three independent lots. This initiative is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) and aims to strengthen the international projection of Spanish design and fashion through high-impact audiovisual content.
The procedure will be processed following ICEX’s internal contracting rules and will be carried out through an ordinary, fully electronic process. The tender is aimed at companies specialized in advertising, marketing, and audiovisual production, under CPV codes 79340000 and 92111210, respectively. The contract—with an estimated value equivalent to the base bidding budget—will be executed in Madrid, although its vocation is eminently international, in line with ICEX’s strategy to promote Spanish fashion abroad.
Interested companies may submit their offers until December 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., exclusively through the Public Sector Contracting Platform. Both the announcement and the specifications are already available on the platform, detailing all the technical, creative, and administrative requirements necessary to participate in the call. With this move, ICEX reaffirms its commitment to creativity and audiovisual production as key tools to reinforce the global positioning of the fashion sector in Spain.
