We review the official program, which will feature an opening by Karla Sofía Gascón, a closing by Arturo Valls and Marta Belenguer, and an awards gala opened by Jesús Carmona.
This 2025, the APCP Advertising Film Production and Post-production Conference reaches its XIII edition, premiering its venue in one of Valencia’s most emblematic spaces: the Ateneo Mercantil, opposite the Town Hall Square. This change marks the beginning of a new stage for the event, which year after year consolidates itself as the great national forum where talent, reflection, and innovation in the advertising audiovisual sector converge. During two intense days, production companies, post-production companies, agencies, advertisers, and industry leaders will gather to debate the new paths of the sector, explore the challenges of contemporary production, and share experiences that redefine the way stories are told.
The opening of the conference will feature the presence of Karla Sofía Gascón, actress, writer, and activist, winner of the Best Actress Award at the Cannes Film Festival 2024 for Emilia Pérez. Conducting her interview will be Carlos Montiel, executive producer of FIGHT. Gascón will address themes of identity, courage, and the power of ideas, while her participation reinforces APCP’s commitment to bringing influential voices dedicated to cultural transformation and audiovisual art. Her appearance resonates especially this year, as she stars in La causa del accidente que provocó el incendio, CANADA’s campaign for ICEX, which will also be analyzed during the conference.
The start of the VIII APCP Awards gala will be marked by an unprecedented performance by Jesús Carmona, a renowned dancer and choreographer, who will unite dance, narrative, and emotion to highlight the artistic and multidisciplinary dimension of advertising audiovisuals. The Conference, like advertising, becomes a space where creativity is not only contemplated but also experienced.
The closing of this edition will be led by Arturo Valls and Marta Belenguer, two of the most charismatic and versatile faces in Spanish audiovisuals. Valls has combined humor, creativity, and entrepreneurship, both in front of and behind the cameras, strengthening his profile as a producer and betting on original content for television and platforms. Additionally, he promotes his own projects through his production company Pólvora Films and his rice brand with D.O. Valencia, ‘Socarrón’, an initiative that combined ingenuity and media impact. His presence closes the event, highlighting the relevance of the conference and the value of bringing together key figures in the industry to share knowledge and experiences.
Because if something defines this edition, it is the certainty that advertising can also be art, emotion, and transformation, and that APCP continues to consolidate a space where talent, creativity, and culture converge to mark the future of advertising cinema.
