Antiestático triumphs at the Creativepool Awards with “Breaking Glass”

Our associated production company Antiestático has shone at the Creativepool Awards 2025, taking home a total of seven awards. Its short film Breaking Glass, created for Scandinavian Airlines, became the big star of the edition by receiving the Grand Prix in Production, in addition to recognitions in Photography (People’s Choice and Silver), Digital Advertising (Silver) and Branded Content (Silver).

These achievements are joined by two individual awards that consolidate the talent of its directors: Jeremi Durand was named Director of the Year, while Nicolás Bori received the People’s Choice in the same category.

Breaking Glass narrates the inspiring story of a young woman who, in the 1950s, challenged rigid gender roles to pursue her dream in aviation. Based on real testimonies of pioneers of commercial aviation, the project stood out as a production of great technical and artistic complexity, with historical scenes, period planes and impeccable recreation work.

With these awards, Antiestático reaffirms its position at the forefront of international advertising production and demonstrates that the combination of narrative, historical rigor and technical excellence continues to make a difference in the industry.

ROMA and Mamma Team, double presence in the official selection of Abycine 2025

The 27th edition of Abycine – Albacete International Independent Film Festival once again consolidates itself as a springboard for emerging and established talent in Spanish cinema, and this year our associated production companies play a prominent role. ROMA, in co-production with Mamma Team, has managed to include two of its productions in the official competitive short film section: I Walked Through a Wall and Ser un hombre.

Both titles will compete in an edition that brings together 27 works and which, in addition to being an authentic creative barometer of contemporary cinema, has the AIC quality certificate and is an official pre-selector for the Goya Awards in the fiction and documentary categories.

I Walked Through a Wall, written and directed by Pablo Larcuen, is a co-production of In Heaven with Mamma Team and ROMA, which stands out for its ambitious visual and artistic proposal, supported by a solid international team of photography, design, VFX and sound.

For its part, Ser un hombre, directed by Lucas Parra, is a co-production of Sumendi Films with Mamma Team, Kabak Films Studio and ROMA, with the support of the ICAA. A sensitive and powerful story that connects with questions about identity, heritage and family ties.

With these selections, ROMA reaffirms its commitment to independent and creative cinema, celebrating with Mamma Team the opportunity to give visibility to these productions at a festival that every year looks towards the future of Spanish audiovisuals.

GraySkull celebrates nomination at the Latin Grammy 2025

Our associated production company GraySkull has once again put the name of Spanish production in the international spotlight thanks to its nomination at the Latin Grammy 2025 in the category Best Short Form Music Video. The recognition comes with the music video Cura Pa Mi Alma, by the artist Vera GRV, a piece that combines visual sensitivity and narrative power.

The project has been led by Willy Rodríguez in direction and Daniel Borbujo in photography direction, providing a unique visual style that strongly accompanied the artist’s creative universe. The production was in the hands of Borbala Csukas, with the support of a solid team headed by executive producers Daniel Monedero, Jesús Álamo and Álvaro Priante, who from GraySkull have promoted the artistic and technical vision of the work. The team is completed by Marianela Knaus as production manager and Pablo Atienza as first assistant director, guaranteeing precision and fluidity in every detail of the filming.

This nomination represents another step in GraySkull’s international trajectory and a recognition of the collective effort of a team that demonstrates, once again, the ability of our associated production companies to create projects of high cultural and artistic impact.
