From San Sebastián to Madrid and Valladolid, festivals, markets and awards mark the agenda of the audiovisual and advertising sector in September and October 2025.
- Donostia dresses up for cinema: the 73rd edition of Zinemaldia kicks off. From September 19 to 27, San Sebastián will once again become the epicenter of the seventh art with the celebration of the San Sebastián International Film Festival 2025, one of the most prestigious events in Europe. With 254 titles from 56 countries, this edition’s program will bring together world premieres, a strong presence of Spanish and Latin American cinema, and great international figures such as Juliette Binoche, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Lawrence or Matt Dillon. - Iberseries & Platino Industria will celebrate its fifth edition from September 30 to October 3, 2025. The main international event for professionals of the audiovisual industry in Spanish and Portuguese returns to Matadero Madrid in its fifth edition. On October 15 and 16, Valladolid will once again be the epicenter of the international industry with the fifth edition of the Shooting Locations Marketplace, organized by Feria de Valladolid and Spain Film Commission.
