From Inspirational 2025 and Ventana Madrid to the CICLOPE Awards and our XIII Conferences in Valencia, the sector’s agenda is preparing with speakers, awards, and unmissable encounters.

  • Inspirational 2025: last registrations and first confirmed speakers. The Inspirational 2025 festival, organized by IAB Spain, returns from October 14 to 16 at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid —also broadcast via streaming— under the slogan Open to Openness: A look at transformation. This event, a benchmark in the Spanish digital industry, once again positions itself as an essential space to explore how innovation, creativity, and technology drive change in a context of uncertainty. The festival has already confirmed some of its first speakers, including Alejandro Góngora (Freepik), Francisco Crescimbeni (LALIGA Studios), Soledad Antelada (Google Cloud / GirlsCanHack), Alejandro Campoy (Microsoft), Damian Kulash Jr. (OK Go) and many more, see the full list here. In addition, this edition will feature direct representation from our associated production companies: Jonatan Andrés, executive producer of Somos 5, will be part of the Inspirational 2025 awards jury, a recognition of his career and the role of our industry in the digital field. The organization also reminds that the deadline for submitting entries ends on September 15 at 23:59, a unique opportunity to be part of the 2025 edition. In addition, APCP members will receive an exclusive discount on the registration of pieces. Register your pieces here.

  • El Ojo de Iberoamérica is accepting entries until 30 September. What’s more, APCP members are entitled to a special discount! The festival, which will be held from 12 to 14 November in Buenos Aires, will also present the Performance of the Year Awards and the Best Local Idea Award, placing special emphasis on talent in the Ibero-American audiovisual industry. This edition incorporates new categories, ethical standards and criteria on the use of AI, with the aim of continuing to promote a more innovative, equitable and representative industry. • ‘Ventana Madrid’ returns to continue boosting audiovisual production. The development and financing platform Ventana Madrid returns from October 20 to 22 with its 11th edition, consolidating itself as a key meeting point to strengthen the Madrid audiovisual ecosystem and boost local and regional production. The event focuses on empowering production companies as an engine of growth, offering direct access to financing, co-production opportunities, and international connections. The event will feature the presence of decision-makers from the audiovisual industry, as well as a program designed to foster internationalization —with special focus on Latin America and the US Hispanic market—, sustainability, and innovation. Organized by AMA Audiovisual together with the Community and the City Council of Madrid, Ventana Madrid will award the most outstanding projects in these three categories, reinforcing its role as a catalyst for the sector’s global competitiveness. • Martin Jalfen, from Roma, on the Executive Jury of the CICLOPE Awards. We celebrate the participation of our partners in the next edition of the CICLOPE Awards! This year, Martin Jalfen, award-winning director and co-founder of Roma, has been selected as a member of the festival’s Executive Jury, a recognition that underlines his outstanding career in the industry. With a career that began in agencies such as DDB, Publicis, and The Community before making the leap to directing, Jalfen has signed hundreds of projects including short films, music videos, and advertising campaigns. His work, characterized by a precise narrative style, singular humor, and careful art direction, has earned him awards at festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clermont-Ferrand, and El Ojo, as well as collaborations with artists such as Vanessa Paradis and Benjamin Biolay. In 2025, Roma was recognized as Best Ibero-American Production Company at El Sol Festival, further consolidating the relevance of this appointment on the jury of one of the most prestigious craft festivals in the world.
