Spain Audiovisual Hub: Spain Audiovisual Hub: Barcelona hosts its second edition of Financial Day 2025

The event will bring together public and private institutions to present aid, subsidies, and support programs for audiovisual, technological, and business projects.

Next September 17, Barcelona will host the second edition of the Audiovisual Financial Day, an event that is consolidating as an essential meeting point for professionals in the audiovisual sector interested in learning firsthand about the financing opportunities and institutional support available.

During the day, grant programs and aid aimed at content, technology, and business development projects will be presented by entities such as the Institut Català de les Empreses Culturals (ICEC), represented by Edgar Garcia, and the Instituto de la Cinematografía y de las Artes Visuales (ICAA), with Fernando Bigeriego. Also present will be ACCIÓ, with Anna Monjo, focused on innovation and internationalization, and the Institut Català de Finances (ICF), represented by Lourdes Ridameya, who will offer access to financing for business projects in Catalonia.

The event will also feature the participation of European programs such as Europa Creativa Media, with Àlex Navarro, and the European Institute of Innovation & Technology – Culture & Creativity (EIT), with Judit Bataye, who will present the keys to boosting the film and audiovisual industry internationally. They will be joined by key institutions and entities such as CDTI, ENISA, CESCE, ICO, ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, SETT, Crea-SGR, Barcelona Activa, and the Film Financing Market, with Jordi Mendieta.
