Eventérate: September will start strong for the audiovisual and advertising sectors

Meetings in Madrid and Cadiz will mark the September and November agenda, with a focus on sustainability, international premieres, festivals, and media analysis.

  • The third season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, filmed entirely in Spain, will have its world premiere in Madrid on 4 September. The production visited more than 30 locations over ten months, including sites such as the Monastery of Veruela (Zaragoza), the old town of Toledo, and various provinces such as Madrid, Guadalajara, Segovia, Ávila, Cuenca, Almería, and Alicante. The production service was handled by Ánima Stillking, a TwentyFour Seven group company, and 98% of the technical team was local, consolidating Spain as a key hub for major film shoots. The AMC Networks original series will premiere in our country on Monday, 8 September, exclusively on the AMC+ streaming service, which is available in Spain through Vodafone TV, Prime Video, and Apple TV Channels.   • IAA Spain and Normmal organize a meeting on sustainability in advertising. The South International Series Festival, which will celebrate its third edition from September 12 to 17, 2025, in Cadiz, has officially opened the accreditation process for professionals, media, and students.
