CANADA, Blua, and Somos5, this year’s winning APCP production companies.

The intense week of Cannes Lions, held in the French city from June 16th to June 20th, once again left its mark on the global creativity, advertising, and marketing sector. APCP’s production companies finally received a total of four Lions:

“Lynx with Catnip,” produced by CANADA in collaboration with Sunhouse Creative, and created by Lola MullenLowe Madrid for AXE/Lynx, is a campaign that reinvents deodorant with a creative double meaning: they use catnip to symbolize the fragrance’s magnetism, attracting both people and their cats. The piece won a Bronze Lion in the Film category, standing out for its ingenious use of humor and product innovation.

CANADA also took home another Bronze in Film Craft with “The Cause of the Accident That Started the Fire,” commissioned by ICEX and Audiovisual From Spain.

BLUA won a Bronze with “Nobody Should Die at Xmas,” by DoubleYou Barcelona for Open Arms, in the “Sustainable Development Goals” category. It challenges Christmas iconography to highlight deaths in the Mediterranean with a raw and emotional aesthetic.

Somos 5 obtained a silver with the project “The Mind Guardian,” conceived by Cheil Worldwide for Samsung, in the Health & Wellness category, with its innovative use of creative technology to promote well-being and mental health.
