Creatives and independent agencies were the protagonists of the opening panel of the second and final day.
Our master of ceremonies, Ricardo Llavador, was in charge of kicking off the second and final day of the XII Commercial Film Workshop at the ADEIT Foundation University-Business venue.
The first panel of the session was “A small favour: let’s take care of ourselves”, where the speakers discussed the industry from the perspective of creative independent agencies.
This panel, in collaboration with C de C, was the most attended in terms of guests, featuring Iñaki Bendito, President and Creative Director of Kitchen; Eva Santos, Creative Director and Founder of Delirio & Twain; Jesús Lada, Independent Creative Director; María López-Chicheri, Founder of Sioux meet Cyranos; Pablo Torreblanca, Creative Director and Founding Partner of Pingüino Torreblanca; and Rubens Pérez, Production Director at Fuego Camina Conmigo.
Participants discussed the challenges and opportunities facing independent agencies in a competitive market, highlighting creativity as their greatest asset and reflecting their concern about the growing trend of project-based competitions and agency fees being included in production budgets.
