APCP Festival: The APCP team arrives in Valencia

The city prepares to welcome commercial film professionals with the support of key institutions and companies.

On December 4th and 5th, the city of Valencia will become the epicenter of audiovisual production with the celebration of the XII Commercial Film Workshop, organized by the Association of Commercial Film Producers (APCP). This event, which brings together industry professionals to discuss trends, innovation, and creativity, will take place at the iconic ADEIT – University Business Foundation.

During the two days of preparation leading up to the event, the APCP teams have welcomed new additions from the festival’s sponsors, including the participation of production companies DOS35 and Fight Films. On Tuesday, December 3rd, a technical visit was conducted to the ADEIT venue, where the workshop will take place, and everything has been set up for the event’s start on Wednesday, December 4th. The production team has worked tirelessly to ensure that all details are in place to welcome participants and kick off the event.

Meanwhile, the communications and social media team continues to work at full speed to keep all audiences informed with the latest news and updates about the workshop.

A key feature of this year’s workshop is the involvement of students from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University of Valencia who are collaborating in various departments of the organization, supporting logistics and assisting in the management of activities. This reflects the commitment to training and engaging the next generation in the audiovisual sector.

In the days leading up to the event, the APCP has received support from various entities that have helped facilitate its organization and logistics. The collaboration of the City Council of Valencia, Visit Valencia, and Valencia Film Office has been crucial in positioning the city as a leading hub in commercial film production and ensuring the success of the event.

Additionally, Rims Mobility Home has been key in managing transportation. Thanks to their support, the transportation of attendees from Madrid to Valencia and internal transfers during the workshop have been efficiently coordinated, ensuring comfort and convenience for all participants.

Furthermore, Cinema Jove has generously provided its offices as the operational hub for planning the event in the city. These collaborations reflect a collective commitment to promoting commercial film and solidifying Valencia as a point of reference in the audiovisual industry.

With a packed schedule of activities, presentations, and networking opportunities, the XII Commercial Film Workshop promises to be a unique space for driving creativity and strengthening the future of commercial film production in Spain.
