- The Cresta Awards jury begins to evaluate the entries.
The Cresta Awards, to be held in September, closed the registration period this week. Now and throughout August, an international jury will decide which projects are worthy of entering their shortlist.
With the aim of inspiring, recognising, rewarding and valuing creativity, as well as building a community around it, the professionals chosen for judging, “are able to vote without peer pressure, politics or other distractions that prevent them from giving a clear view of their individual expert creative opinion. As part of Cresta’s evolution, we are constantly developing and implementing new processes to help make the selection of jury members more representative and supportive of diversity and gender in the industry worldwide”.

- LIA Awards presents new episodes of its video podcast with Transatlantic.
Created and hosted by Simone Nobili (Creative Director of Wunderman Thompson NY), the LIA Awards podcast with Transatlantic has a second season, continuing with an innovative format.
Each question is based on the analogy of the ocean and is rooted in poetry, music, film, literature and life: “I think everyone is an ocean. To really know someone you have to cross their ocean. I interview some of the most legendary people in the creative industry and, through seven questions like the Seven Seas, I cross their ocean”, says Nobili.
