  • The FIAP AWARDS close for entries

Monday 18 July saw the official closing of entries for the FIAP AWARDS, marking the start of the next edition of the awards and an indication that every entries this year has been already submitted.

The categories are divided into the following disciplines: formats, innovation, commercials and production. In addition, the 2022 edition will add a new section dedicated to New Business and Creativity in NTFS.

Meanwhile through Instagram they have started to share the members of the jury that will participate in the festival, these last weeks they have been unveiling the Metal Jury.

During August and September the virtual voting will take place, which will then give way to the publication of the shortlist in October. Also during this month, on the 6th at 5pm (Miami time), the winners will be published on their social networks and website.

  • There’s still time to sign up for the Makers & Shakers!

This year, the Makers & Shakers have decided to extend their registration date for the second time until 29 July, due to the high volume of requests to enter the Festival. In this way, as the event organisers point out, “they offer the opportunity to discover a greater number of talents in the audiovisual creative industry”.

In addition, in order to capture these new talents and obtain the maximum reach possible, these registrations are free of charge. There is also the advantage that you can either nominate someone whose work you value or give that vote to yourself.

Makers & Shakers wanted to provide a guide to all those participants who want to be winners, so that they can follow the steps that the judges value most and get a prize to prove it. This 2022 the festival increases its scope and the possibility of you winning. You still have time!

  • All the details of Inspirational’22

APCP is a partner of the event organised by IAB, the Inspirational’22. In May, APCP introduced us to the members of its jury, divided into three sections: The Grand Jury, the Online Jury and the Jury by categories.

We are pleased to highlight that Mireia Martinez, executive producer of the partner Igloo Films, is part of the jury in the Digital Audiovisual Production category.

This year more than ever the online world is present at the event, thanks to recurring to social media interactions and hybrid format.

Through Instagram, IAB seeks to announce the latest news and sponsors, most recently Twitch and Tik Tok. But they also have sponsorship from Accenture Song, Adjinn, Be a Lion, Criteo, Google, Havas Media Group, IAS, Meta, Nielsen, Naturgy, Pinterest, Pubmatic, The Trade Desk and Xandr.

The event itself will be broadcast on streaming the 17th and 18th of October, when the event’s conferences will be held at the “Cines Proyecciones” in Madrid. In addition, the presentations will be held virtually on the same afternoon. The edition will end on the 20th of October, starting with the Awards Gala at the Círculo de Bellas Artes and followed by a cocktail party to close the event.

  • BEST!N AUTO 2022 reveals its award sections!

As we have already announced, the 3rd of November from 9:00 to 17:30, the Best!N Auto awards gala will take place, a marketing event in charge of recognising the best campaigns in the automotive sector.

The first edition comes with new features and these are the details that have been published by Instagram. Firstly, the event has 9 categories (Best Film, Best Graphics, Best Branding, Best Branded Content, Best Digital, Best Values, Best PR, Best Integrated and Best Brand Experience), each categorie will be awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze prizes. In addition to creativity, also it will be further evaluation criteria, which is why some sections will include weightings for different factors.

As for the jury, they will also meet on the 16th October, and during the awards event they will have to debate on those campaigns that obtain an average of between 4 and 7 points, deciding on the prize that the majority considers to be the best.

Tickets are currently open, until 16th September, with a 10% discount until 24 July. If you are passionate about cars and advertising, this is the event for you.

  • Celebrating 25 years of “El Ojo de Iberoamérica”

  • The One Show Festival announces dates for 2023

We finally know all the important deadlines for the international festival The One Show. The most awaited event, which has been promoting creative excellence in advertising, design and digital marketing for over 40 years.

The One Club for Creativity is the non-profit foundation that organises the awards every year to reward the success and work of the global creative community.

So get ready because the official opening of entries officially starts this September, with the early bird date being moved to 16th December. From 27th January next year, the regular registration period will start and will be extended to 17th February, ending on 3rd March 2023. What are you waiting for?
