The Rioja Film Commission is once again inviting APCP production companies to visit their beautiful community.
A few months ago we were in La Rioja for two days to see locations with great filming possibilities, but we were not able to see everything they have to offer, which is why we are coming back.
La Rioja offers countless attractions to become a film set. It is the smallest region in Spain, but its territory hides landscapes and corners of a whole continent.
It has something of the Mediterranean, a paradise of vineyards; a large part of continental climate; something of alpine, which crowns the snow-capped mountains in winter; and a deep dry land that creates lunar landscapes.
It has more than 1,500km of roads, 200 of which are highways, making it easy to change scenery in half an hour at the most.
The national airport of Logroño-Agoncillo, 10 minutes from the capital, the international airports of Bilbao and Zaragoza, just over an hour’s drive away, and the railway with connections to Madrid and Barcelona, bring La Rioja closer to the rest of the world.
But a picture is worth a thousand words, enjoy this video and you will understand what we are talking about.
