Responsible for processing: ASOCIACIÓN DE PRODUCTORAS DE CINE PUBLICITARIO.
Purpose of the processing: the management of the requests that users may make through the WEB, as well as commercial advertising communications in any physical or electronic medium.
Legitimation: RGPD: 6.1.a) Consent of the interested party.
Transfers or communications: The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.
Conservation: For the time necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing, and when it is no longer necessary, it will be deleted with the appropriate security measures.
Rights of data subjects: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation to processing and portability under the terms provided by law by sending a communication by e-mail to apcp@apcp.es indicating in both cases your name, surname and request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority www.aepd.es
Deadline for registration: Tuesday, 5th October or until full capacity is reached; with the possibility of extension.
Complaint forms are available to the consumer or user.
No refunds are given.
