The El Sol festival is extending the deadline for entries until 5th May. If you were waiting for a sign to present your piece, this is it: Register your work here!
The 35th edition of the festival will take place on 2nd and 3th June at the Teatro Circo Price in Madrid. It will be held in a mixed format, taking into account all the recommendations of the authorities. Thus, on 2nd June, several online conferences will be held and on 3th June, in addition to some presentations, the awards ceremony will be held in person.
Most of the members of the Grand Jury who were invited last year will participate in this edition, as in 2020 the event had to be postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic.
The prizes that will be judged and awarded will be pieces corresponding to both 2019 and 2020.
As in the two previous editions, the Grand Jury will work on a short list previously selected by an online jury made up of industry professionals from Spain, Latin America and the US Hispanic market and Portugal. Once again this year, the APCP is collaborating with El Sol by providing talent to make up the online jury, which will be announced soon.
